I was working in my office all morning and afternoon without a break.
I've been responding to some much needed emails. I was finally on my
way to the gym and then decided as I was walking that I should delay
my workout because there is a gathering today that starts at 4:00 PM,
and I don't want to be too late arriving at that. I'm really wanting
to make it to the gym today, though, because I've not been since my
strength training on Thursday. I'd planned to go running on Friday,
but it was way too busy to get my run in during the day. Saturday was
my normal day of rest. So today, at some point, I really need to get
to the gym. My workout takes about 90 minutes. So, I'll need a window
of time today when I can get that done.
