Because of time constraints this past week, my pre-strength training
elliptical workout/warmup sessions were shortened. On Tuesday I went
12 minutes and Thursday only 6 minutes. My strength training sessions
on these days also had to be cut short, completing only four of the
eight exercises. As the week begins now again on Sunday, I want to
complete a full workout session even if it means staying up late to do
so. My laundry is in the wash. I'll put it in the dryer at 9:30 PM
after completing my warmup/workout. Then I'll do my strength training
and shower while the laundry dries.
