Resume running, 20080903we1218
About 10 minutes into my run I had to respond to emails and make a
phone call. So, now, about 40 minutes later, I'm resuming my run and
should be done running in about 26 minutes, then back to the office by
1:30 PM. I've not had lunch yet today, so I'll probably get a sandwich
at Which Wich and bring it back to my office to save time.

I didn't get my run in on Monday, so I've not gone running since last
Friday. For that reason, I really don't want to miss my run today.

Time for morning stretching exercises (Yoga/Pilates), breathing
exercises, and meditation. Then to the office to finish cleaning up a
computer for someone who needs it by 8:30 AM. Then going running.
