I just bought this fan from Vortex Gifts. I can see that it's now 75 degrees at my desk.

It has a removable grill, which makes it operate even quieter with more airflow going through. This, of course, isn't recommended by the manufacturer. The fan has two speeds, optional oscillation, and the head tilts to direct the airflow more precisely as desired.

This is the right time of year to have such a fan, when heating and cooling systems aren't yet adjusted properly.
