Rainy Monday, 20080908mo0931

It's a rainy Monday in Iowa City. This past weekend presented me with
about 16 hours of totally unplanned and unanticipated projects. So,
everything I hoped to get accomplished this past weekend gets brought
forward into my week. I was up last night until after midnight
finishing up from one person's computer support need that took about 8
hours to take care of - more remains to be done this week.

Installing HP LaderJet P2015dn Software, 20080904th1439

Using the complete software package (about 200 MB), available from the
Hewlett-Packard website, is the best method for installing this
printer when it is on a network.

Push and hold the green button found on the top right of the printer.
After holding it for about 5 seconds, the indicator light will blink
as the printer begins to print out three configuration pages.

On the first page, in the top right, under the "Product Settings"
heading, the printer's IP address will be provided. This number will
be helpful to know during the installation process. If many printers
are on the network, this unique number will make your printer easier
to identify on the list.

Choose the default settings during installation. Choose to install the
full installation with advanced HP features.

Camtasia Studio 5 Quicktime MOV Export Error -36, 20080904th0936

There was an error exporting one project to QuickTime, yet others had
exported fine. The project and supporting media was stored on a memory
stick. Copying the project to another computer and trying the export
again seemed to resolve the problem. The export worked fine.
